According to WikiDoc's research on November 1, 2026, when every clinic on Babitalk was counted the same way, the clinic most pushed by groups of weekday-daytime-only accounts was DA Plastic Surgery, with 40 groups and 134 accounts. Fitting Clinic and TS Plastic Surgery come next.

According to WikiDoc's review as of November 1, 2026, 16 of the 20 pinned notices and must-reads at the top of the front page of Yeouya, a Naver cafe with 2.32 million members and more than 6.8 million posts, were posts by clinics and companies. Its menus hold 21 boards named after clinics and 116 brand trial boards. The cafe appears to be built to make big money from clinic and company advertising.

According to WikiDoc's review as of November 1, 2026, the same 124 accounts liked all five surgery reviews on Yeouya that had hundreds of likes. The top review, for Inique Plastic Surgery, reached 349 of its 350 likes within 3 hours of the first one.

According to WikiDoc's research on October 31, 2026, 70 Babitalk accounts that push the same 7 clinics wrote thousands of comments over five months, all on weekday daytime and never on weekends or evenings. 75% of the comments naming these clinics came from these 70 accounts.

According to WikiDoc's review as of October 31, 2026, "Jjeureu**" on Yeouya commented about MeSOnBom Clinic in Hongdae on 8 different question posts in 16 minutes on the morning of October 29. More than 900 accounts pushed the same clinic in more than 10 posts like this, and the clinic with the most such accounts was DA Plastic Surgery.

In late October 2026, the same group of accounts with back-to-back sign-up numbers showed up under two Babitalk nose consultation questions. Under a question about Incheon, 5 of the 6 comments talked up Tami Plastic Surgery. Under another question, the same two accounts talked up Dr. Kim Jun-ho of Ucanb Plastic Surgery every day for three days, each time around 3 p.m.

According to WikiDoc's research on October 30, 2026, Sungyesa promotes a "patented broker blocking system", but after watching it for a long time, WikiDoc does not see that management taking place.

According to WikiDoc's review as of October 29, 2026, on Yeouya "Mang**" commented only from midnight to 8 a.m., "Uma**" only from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and "Haetsal**" only from 4 p.m. to midnight, each dropping in Byul Plastic Surgery. The three commented on more than 1,300 posts, yet two of them never once appeared on the same post.

On October 26, 2026, two accounts posted the same line, "I had it done at [initials] and I'm happy", within 5 minutes on a Babitalk nose revision question. 25 accounts named only Louvre Plastic Surgery, in Korean initials. All 161 of their comments are about this clinic, and all were posted on weekday daytime.

According to WikiDoc's survey on October 26, 2026, Akma**, who posted the Gangnam Unni review "I had soft tissue contouring at DU!", had spent the previous three months posting comments pushing O.N Clinic and 1st Button Clinic. It answered comments asking about the cost with "I sent you a message~."

According to WikiDoc's research on October 26, 2026, "Mamel**" on Sungyesa commented on 17 different posts in 43 minutes from 11 a.m. on October 23, slipping in The Door Plastic Surgery and Top Tier Plastic Surgery three times.

According to WikiDoc's research on October 25, 2026, "ye**" on Sungyesa wrote the same four clinics, 1percent, Borndi, Ipche and No Jonghun Plastic Surgery, on five facial contouring posts, changing only the order. Three of those comments were written within 2 minutes.

According to WikiDoc's survey on October 24, 2026, Yebeun**, who posted a question on Gangnam Unni about breast surgery clinics, replied to recommendation comments with an AI's refusal: it could not help write a disguised promotional post.

According to WikiDoc's review as of October 24, 2026, two different Yeouya accounts, "Wim*" and "Anu**", pasted two treatment-praise sentences naming Delight Dermatology in Sinnonhyeon 28 times, identical down to the letter. "Anu**" pasted them 15 times in a little over two hours from 11:30 p.m.

According to WikiDoc's survey on October 23, 2026, Hathat** and Mokgam** recommended Boneeye Plastic Surgery under one Gangnam Unni post about eye revision with comments that matched down to the letter, including the personal story "My eyes were a total mess after my first double eyelid surgery."

According to WikiDoc's survey on October 22, 2026, the Gangnam Unni account Heulko** posted 735 comments on 733 different posts over one month from late September, and recommended Woori Plastic Surgery in 414 of them, whether the post was about eyes, nose, contouring, breasts or a facelift.

According to WikiDoc's survey on October 21, 2026, Fitting Clinic was named thousands of times in Gangnam Unni comments, and 79% of those comments came from about seventy accounts that each named it more than 10 times. These accounts repeat the same words, such as "no dents," "smooth" and "big before-and-after difference."

On October 15, 2026, 8 accounts left congratulating comments within less than 5 minutes on the Babitalk post "arm liposuction at Lamar Premier". All 12 commenting accounts form one group with the author's number, and ten of them have member numbers that go up by 1.

According to WikiDoc's research on October 18, 2026, "Bita**" on Sungyesa wrote Kai Plastic Surgery in five-minute bursts on October 14 and 15, and "Haejyo**" commented on 7 liposuction posts that were days old in 8 minutes on October 14, writing LE ROSE Clinic and Bbae Clinic.

According to WikiDoc's survey on October 17, 2026, more than twenty Gangnam Unni accounts posted "I had it done here" comments about Light Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong dozens of times, and the same story repeated word for word as the accounts changed.

According to WikiDoc's research on October 17, 2026, "Jamsil**" on Sungyesa wrote at 4:34 p.m. on October 15 that it was still choosing a clinic, and 25 minutes later wrote on another post that it had already had surgery.

According to WikiDoc's review as of October 17, 2026, a Yeouya comment another member wrote on October 6, "Oho Plastic Surgery, where I had my surgery", came back 8 days later word for word as another account's comment. Only the clinic name had changed.

According to WikiDoc's survey on October 16, 2026, two Gangnam Unni accounts wrote the same sentence starting with "For a bulbous nose, aesthetic sense really matters!", one slotting in Dr. Choi Yeon-su of BYMIN Plastic Surgery and the other Dr. Lee Hee-jong of Dabida Plastic Surgery.

According to WikiDoc's research on October 16, 2026, "Kkachil**" on Sungyesa commented on 6 posts in 9 minutes on the evening of October 14, and on three of them wrote that it had surgery at VVLY Plastic Surgery.

According to WikiDoc's review as of October 16, 2026, "x**" on Yeouya posted the same comment, "I went on a friend's recommendation, so I'm sharing", with a link on 51 different posts in 61 minutes on October 14. The link opened a sign-up form with Brillyn Clinic's price list and contact fields. By October 29 the comment had appeared on 339 posts.

According to WikiDoc's survey on October 15, 2026, more than twenty accounts on Gangnam Unni had posted the same sentence, "For breasts, I've heard a lot that DA and NANA are good too," under different posts since June. It is a template that puts DA Plastic Surgery and NANA Plastic Surgery side by side.

According to WikiDoc's research on October 15, 2026, the three recommendation comments left on October 14 under the Sungyesa question "Does anyone know a clinic that is good with your own rib cartilage?" all came from accounts that, the same day, repeated the same clinics on other posts within minutes.

The post "Curious about a first double eyelid consultation", put up on Babitalk on October 11, 2026, came from one group of accounts with back-to-back sign-up numbers, author and answerers alike. 14 accounts answered in a row within 18 minutes, and three of them talked up Dr. Jeong Min-gyeong of Mind Plastic Surgery.

According to WikiDoc's research on October 12, 2026, "iq**" on Sungyesa wrote "I'm looking at Chai and Hani" in almost the same words on four different eye surgery posts in seven minutes, starting at 11:20 p.m. on October 10.

According to WikiDoc's survey on October 4, 2026, comments from 13 accounts on a surgery review for Catch Plastic Surgery on Gangnam Unni ran almost without a gap within 15 of the site-wide comment numbers. The next day, comments appeared that were the same sentence with only a number such as "8519" or "8522" changed at the end.

According to WikiDoc's review as of September 17, 2026, "Ippu**" on Yeouya wrote at 2:43 p.m. on September 14 that it had a treatment at Cheongdam RETOO Clinic, and one minute later that it had one at Flores Dermatology. 206 of this account's 278 comments are about these two clinics.

According to WikiDoc's review as of September 16, 2026, a Yeouya post from September 14, "Is Ulthera Prime bearable??", got 17 comments, and 11 of the accounts were promotion accounts that recommended one clinic in more than 10 other posts.

According to WikiDoc's review as of September 9, 2026, the same template of clinic recommendation, "I had Ulthera at ○○ and it worked so well that I plan to keep it up once a year", kept appearing in comments on the Yeouya cafe. By November 1 there were 319 such comments from 32 accounts, naming 23 clinics.

According to WikiDoc's research on August 22, 2026, "Salppae**" on Sungyesa went through three facial contouring posts in four minutes from 2:29 p.m. on August 20, writing that it "decided on", "was looked after well at" and "liked best" DA Plastic Surgery.
