The same group of accounts under two Babitalk questions, talking up Tami and Ucanb Plastic Surgery

On October 23, 2026, a post asking for a clinic in Incheon for a nose consultation went up on Babitalk. The person who asked wrote, "I see Tami and Seran a lot". Over six days it got 6 comments. 5 of them (in pink) came from accounts on the same side that post only on weekday daytime.

• All five accounts talk up Tami Plastic Surgery in Namdong-gu, Incheon: "good choice", "lots of people go there", "anyone you have your eye on?", "I saw the reviews here and picked it right away too". ① Watta** even named the doctor, Choi Seong-hun.
• ② Ganjeol**, ③ Rakeo** and ④ Geulchit** have member numbers 1 to 4 apart. They were made at almost the same time.
• Ganjeol** commented on the 26th, Rakeo** on the 27th, Geulchit** on the 28th and Gwiyeo** on the 29th. They came one a day, in turn.

On October 27, a post asking for a nose revision clinic went up. The question itself names Dr. Kim Jun-ho of Ucanb Plastic Surgery: "my friend had it done there and it went well, I'm definitely going, but recommend one more place". Almost all of the 17 comments are clinic names.

Rakeo** (13185009) and Ganjeol** (13185010) talked up Dr. Kim Jun-ho, named in the question, again: at 3:52 p.m. on the 27th, 3:35 p.m. on the 28th and 3:12 p.m. on the 29th. Once a day for three days, each time around 3 p.m.: "I looked at the Gangnam side first too", "I'm curious too, I want to get a consultation".

Geulchit** also came to another nose revision question posted on the 26th and talked up the same doctor. "I had it done at [initials]": 25 Babitalk accounts that name only Louvre Plastic Surgery

Rakeo**, Ganjeol** and Geulchit** belong to a group of 6 accounts within 10 member numbers: 13185009, 13185010, 13185011, 13185013, 13185017 and 13185019. These 6 wrote 894 comments in five months. 0 on weekends, 0 in the evening or at night. Ucanb Plastic Surgery appears in 366 of them, and Borndi Plastic Surgery in 149.

The person who asked reads this as several people each giving a recommendation. These comments should be read as coming from the same side.

A clinic being recommended does not mean it owns the account. It may be a marketing agency handling several clinics at once. Or one clinic's account may slip in the names of clinics that advertise a lot or rank high in search, because naming only one place looks like promotion.
