Same sentence, only the clinic and surgeon swapped
According to WikiDoc's survey on October 16, 2026, two Gangnam Unni accounts wrote the same sentence starting with "For a bulbous nose, aesthetic sense really matters!", one slotting in Dr. Choi Yeon-su of BYMIN Plastic Surgery and the other Dr. Lee Hee-jong of Dabida Plastic Surgery.
01What happened
On October 14, Beulle** and ch** commented on nose surgery posts. Both comments are the same sentence, starting with "For a bulbous nose, aesthetic sense really matters!" The only difference is the clinic and the surgeon. Beulle** put in Dr. Choi Yeon-su of BYMIN Plastic Surgery, and ch** put in Dr. Lee Hee-jong of Dabida Plastic Surgery.

03Why it looks like promotion
Someone took one sentence template and filled in only the clinic name. Real patients describe their experience in their own words. The same template seems to be reused to promote several clinics.
A recommended clinic is not necessarily the owner of the account. It may be an ad agency handling several clinics at once, or a lower-ranked clinic slipping in the name of a well-known clinic so that it does not look like promotion. This data cannot show whether a clinic ordered it.
More cases from Gangnam Unni are collected in Gangnam Unni reviews: what to watch out for.
